David Youland
David Youland is a Senior Consultant with Luminas. A native of Minneapolis, MN, he has also lived in Iowa, Tennessee and currently resides in Wichita, KS. He has held marketing and innovation leadership roles with diverse enterprises including Eastman Chemical ($9.2B Fortune 500), MidAmerican Energy (a $4B Berkshire Hathaway subsidiary), corporations listed on NASDAQ and privately held ventures. He has diverse industry experience including specialty chemicals, specialty plastics processing, semiconductor processing, consumer products, software development, Internet based career management services and energy services. David has led the development and implementation market growth strategies, product development plans, customer insights capabilities and Global Key Accounts programs. He is a noted thought leader on organic growth and author of Driving Organic Business Growth: Actionable Strategies for Smart Innovationn.
