Jenica Oliver
Jenica Oliver is a Client Delivery Leader at Luminas. She grew up in a military family where her father served in the United States Air Force. As a result, Jenica moved regularly until she graduated from high school in Oklahoma City, OK and moved to Lubbock, TX to attend college. Upon graduation, she made her home in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area, where she currently resides. Jenica has over 20 years of marketing and leadership experience supporting consumer products, particularly packaged goods, retail and fast casual restaurants. Her experience includes strategy, marketing, innovation, product development, market research and promotions with consumer products and restaurant companies including Borden Dairy Company, Mission Foods and Pizza Hut/Yum Brands. She is known for her ability to build and align cross-functional teams to maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of resources.
Jenica is an advocate for diversity, equity and inclusion and provides leadership coaching and develops communication and marketing strategies for organizations with products and services targeted to diverse/multicultural audiences.
